Hi all! My name is Esther Joseph :)

Since a teen, I have been very passionate about mental health, and while studying post secondary education in Christian Counseling, the passion expanded to learning about psychology and worth with the addition of Biblical truth.

Through this blog, I will be sharing struggles with self-worth, as vulnerability is the key to having healthy conversations. However, it does not stop there. I also will be providing encouragement through practical and Biblical resources. I believe God has a purpose and a plan for each of us and as we start to find out what it is, it is in Him we find peace that surpasses all understanding.
